Co-owner Dr. Jeffery McLamb brings a strong foundation in business, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Business along with an Honorary Doctor of Humane Letters, recognizing his commitment to community enrichment and his belief that building stronger communities starts from within. His leadership reflects years of dedication to developing businesses that not only succeed but also uplift the people around them.

Alongside him, Steve Locke brings a well-rounded educational background with a double major in Criminal Justice and African American History, complemented by real-world operational experience, discipline, and a deep understanding of structure, service, and community responsibility. His foundation allows him to approach business with both strategic awareness and a people-first mindset, ensuring operations run with consistency, accountability, and purpose.
